Why you or your clients might not be receiving emails?
SingleOps sends from a mail.singleops.com domain. In some instances, business and and clients report not receiving the emails due to restrictions or SPAM. If that occurs, the email addresses can be whitelisted to ensure deliverability. These addresses come in the form [account]@mail.singleops.com or info@mail.singleops.com.
For more information on your configured SingleOps Email, please review our Account Settings Overview article.
Services like Gmail, Outlook.com and Yahoo! Mail block emails to protect you from unwanted or malicious email such as phishing, scams and spam. In this case, they are mistaking email that you want for email that you don’t want.
Unblocking or whitelisting an address in your email settings makes messages from that sender more likely to reach your inbox.
Here's how to do it in Gmail, Outlook.com, and Yahoo! Mail.
⚠️ Before You Whitelist: Check for a SingleOps-Side Block
Whitelisting only changes how the recipient's email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) filters incoming mail. It can't restore delivery if SingleOps has already stopped sending to that address.
When an address repeatedly bounces, or a recipient marks SingleOps mail as spam, that address is added to SingleOps' suppression list (the Rejection Blacklist) and SingleOps stops attempting delivery to it. In that state, whitelisting on the recipient's end does nothing — the message never leaves SingleOps, so there's nothing for their provider to let through.
So if a customer isn't receiving your emails, confirm the address isn't suppressed before walking through the steps below. To do so, contact SingleOps Support at support@singleops.com to have it removed from the do-not-send list. Once it's cleared, the steps below will help keep future messages landing in the inbox instead of spam.
Gmail
Sign in to your account at Gmail.com.
Add the sender's address to your Gmail contacts. For example, add info@mail.singleops.com. Gmail usually delivers mail from addresses in your contacts.
If Gmail has already marked those messages as spam, tell Gmail they aren't:
Open the spam folder.
Search for the domain you want to whitelist (e.g.
mail.singleops.com).Select all the messages shown.
Click More, then Not spam.
Create a filter so future mail from that sender skips spam
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then See all settings.
Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, then click Create a new filter.
Enter the domain you want to whitelist in the From field (e.g.
mail.singleops.com).Click Create filter (shown as Create filter with this search).
Check Never send it to spam.
Click Create filter to save.
To whitelist all email from a domain
Enter the domain in the From field
Outlook
Sign in to your account at Outlook.com. This also covers Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, and MSN Mail addresses.
Add the sender's address to your Outlook contacts. For example, add info@mail.singleops.com. Outlook usually delivers mail from addresses in your contacts.
Add the sender to your safe senders so their mail skips the Junk folder:
Click the gear icon, then go to Mail > Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
Enter the domain you want to whitelist (e.g.
mail.singleops.com).Click Save.

Yahoo! Mail
If the sender's mail is already in your Spam folder, open the message and click Not Spam. Yahoo learns from this and starts delivering future messages from that sender to your inbox automatically. This is the quickest fix if you've already received something from them.
Add the sender's address to your Yahoo contacts — for example, info@mail.singleops.com. Yahoo usually delivers mail from addresses in your contacts.
If the sender hasn't emailed you yet — so there's no spam message to mark — create a filter that routes their mail straight to your inbox:
Click the Settings gear, then More Settings.
Go to Filters and click Add new filters.
Give the filter a name.
Under From, enter the domain you want to whitelist (e.g.
mail.singleops.com).Set the delivery folder to Inbox.
Click Save.
