Multiple Visit Locations Per Client ✔

Store and reuse multiple visit locations on one client's profile so past addresses appear when creating future jobs.

As multiple Jobs with different Visit Locations are created for one Client, those Visit Locations will be stored on the Client's profile page. Once stored, the Visit Locations will appear in the Previous Locations dropdown when creating or editing future Jobs. This process is outlined below.

Each job or proposal uses one Visit Location. For work at multiple properties, create a separate job or proposal for each location. If tree inventory is involved, each property requires its own job, since tree inventory is tied to the client location record.

In this article:

Add Multiple Visit Locations to One Client

  1. Navigate to: + Create > Proposal

  2. Use a template or create from scratch

  3. In the Customer box, type in the customer's name you wish to add a new location to

  4. Previous Locations holds the client's saved visit locations. Use it to select an existing location instead of retyping the address.

  5. In the Visit Location, type the new address. Once the new address is found, a green New icon appears to signify that SingleOps has recognized this as a new location for this Client.

  6. If the address already exists for this client, select it from Previous Locations rather than typing it into Visit Location. Entering an address manually when it already exists can create a duplicate saved location.

  7. Save & Close after the proposal is completed
