Proposal / Proposal Group Status

Statuses on the Proposal page help you immediately understand the critical details of a Proposal or Proposal Group. They are automatically set by information you input into SingleOps, and designed to help you action Proposals/Proposal Groups quickly. You can also filter by Proposal Status (Viewed, Sent, Not Sent).

Not Sent		The Proposal has not been sent via email or text message. Not Sent subtitle = "Proposal Created X days ago"	If a proposal type email has not been sent for the proposal group AND has not been sent for any of the individual proposals, status shows as “Not Sent.” Not Sent subtitle = "Proposal Created X days ago"
Sent		The Proposal has been sent via email or text message but not "Viewed". Sent subtitle = "Sent X days ago" Note: The email/text template must be "Proposal"* type in order for the proposal to show as "Sent": Navigate to: *Setup* > *Templates* > Email Templates or Text Message Templates Create New or *Edit* an existing Email/Text Template Select Proposal from the dropdown, under Type. Click *Save Email* or Text Template when finished.	If a proposal type email has been sent for the proposal group OR has been sent for all of the individual proposals, the status shows as ”Sent”. Sent subtitle = "Sent X days ago"
Viewed		The Proposal has been sent and Viewed. Viewed = The Client has viewed the Proposal in the public present proposal page Viewed* subtitle = "Viewed X days ago" Note: If a Proposal is sent as an Attachment* on the Email, and the client views the attachment but not the View Proposal link, it will NOT show as "Viewed" in SingleOps.	The Proposal Group has been sent and Viewed. Viewed = The Client has viewed the proposal in the public present proposal page Viewed* subtitle = "Viewed X days ago"
