First Step: Account Configuration and Setup
Basic Account information: Update your agency name, contact details, and currency preferences.
Identifier setup: Learn how to set up and edit agency identifiers to match your internal naming system or host agency requirements. This helps ensure bookings and payments are correctly attributed and reconciled, and commission chasing invoices are configured properly across your agency.
Invoices: Customize the email templates used when issuing invoices to suppliers. Setting this up ensures your communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with your agency’s tone.
Second Step: Adding your Agents:
1.Team Members: Invite colleagues to your Sion account and assign roles and permissions. This step is key to collaborating efficiently and managing access based on responsibilities.
Note: If your host is not on Sion and you have agents working under you, you’ll need to add your agents as team members, even if they are indeed, ICs.
2. ICs: Set up independent contractors in your Sion account to ensure their bookings, commissions, and payments are tracked separately.
Third Step: Start adding your bookings!
Add a booking: Learn how to input bookings manually with all key details
Filters: Use filters and search tools to quickly locate and review any booking in your system.
Chasing commissions: Follow up on past-due commissions by sending an invoice directly through Sion to the supplier.
