The Customer Segments feature allows users to define and manage different segments that can be assigned to both customers and prospects. These segments help categorize customer profiles and are filterable in the Customer and Prospect lists.
Editing a Customer Segment
Navigate to the Customer Segments section.
Tap the name of the customer segment you wish to edit.
Rename it as needed.
Hit Save to confirm changes.
Adding a New Customer Segment
Tap the New button.
Enter the name of the new customer segment.
Hit Save to add it to the list.
Maintaining an up-to-date list of Customer Segments helps ensure better organization, improved filtering, and efficient customer and prospect management in SitePad CRM.
