The Sources feature allows users to maintain a list of marketing sources that can be assigned to customers and prospects to track where business has originated from. These sources are filterable in the Customer and Prospect lists.

Editing a Source

  1. Navigate to the Sources section.

  2. Tap the name of the source you wish to edit.

  3. Rename it as needed.

  4. Hit Save to confirm changes.

Adding a New Source

  1. Tap the New button.

  2. Enter the name of the new source.

  3. Hit Save to add it to the list.

Reporting on Sources

  • Sources are included in Reports > Source Report, providing insights into business acquisition trends.

Maintaining an up-to-date list of Customer Categories and Sources ensures better organization, improved filtering, and efficient customer and prospect management in SitePad CRM.
