The Customer Categories feature allows users to define and manage different classifications that can be assigned to both customers and prospects. These categories help organize customer profiles and are filterable in the Customer and Prospect lists.
Editing a Customer Category
Navigate to the Customer Categories section.
Tap the name of the category you wish to edit.
Rename it as needed.
Hit Save to confirm changes.
Adding a New Customer Category
Tap the New button.
Enter the name of the new category.
Hit Save to add it to the list.
Maintaining an up-to-date list of Customer Categories helps ensure better organization, improved filtering, and efficient customer and prospect management in SitePad CRM.
