This article explains the three new columns in Carrier Network — Transports, Allocated, and Tracked — and how to use them to check if an Onboarded carrier is really delivering visibility to you.
Why these columns exist
Onboarded is a network-wide status. It means the platform has received tracking data from that carrier somewhere on the Transporeon Visibility Network — not necessarily on the work they do for you.
That is why a carrier can look fully onboarded in the table, while you still see little or no tracking on your own loads.
The three tracking-performance columns sit next to onboarding status so you can answer, without leaving Carrier Network:
Do they actually run transports for us?
Do they allocate a vehicle (or send GPS) on those transports?
Do we receive tracking data on those transports?
Each of those answers points to a different next action. Status alone cannot tell you which one.

The three columns
All three numbers cover the last 90 days. They only include transports that have already finished tracking (Completed or Cancelled). Live or not-yet-started transports are not counted.
The numbers match Analytics → Tracking Performance for the same carrier and time window.
Column | What it shows |
Transports | How many of your transports with this carrier finished tracking in the last 90 days. This is the base for the two percentages. If the number is greater than 0, click it to open Analytics for that carrier in a new tab. |
Allocated | The share of those transports where a vehicle was allocated, or GPS arrived from an in-house system. This is the first sign that tracking was started for you. |
Tracked | The share of those transports that received tracking-relevant data (GPS, events, or ETAs). This is the sign that visibility actually arrived. |

How to tell if an onboarded carrier is really working for you
Read Onboarding status and the three columns together. Status is the setup story. The numbers are the relationship story.
What you see | What it usually means | What to do next |
Onboarded, many transports, high Allocated and Tracked | The carrier is connected and delivering visibility on your work. This is a healthy relationship. | No follow-up needed for onboarding. Leave them and focus on other carriers. |
Onboarded, many transports, very low Allocated and Tracked | They are set up on the network, but they are not starting or delivering tracking on your transports. "Onboarded" is not enough here. | Follow up on allocation and tracking for this relationship. Click Transports to inspect the last 90 days in Analytics. |
Registered, many transports, 0% Allocated, 0% Tracked | They have a Transporeon account, but they have not started using Visibility on your work. | Ask them to open Visibility and continue onboarding. Status still needs to move forward. |
Visibility source pending, many transports, some Allocated, 0% Tracked | They are in the Visibility flow and may be allocating, but tracking data is not arriving yet. | Help them connect or repair a visibility source (GPS, API, or mobile app). |
Any status, 0 transports | There is no finished work with this carrier in the last 90 days, so the percentages cannot tell you much yet. | Wait for transports to complete, or confirm they are actually running loads for you. |
Invited or Not invited, columns show – | Transports cannot flow on this relation yet, so there is no performance to show. | Invite or wait for them to accept. Performance columns appear after the relation can carry transports. |
💡 Rule of thumb: Onboarded means "ready on the network." High Allocated and Tracked on your transports means "working for you." Use the second check before you treat onboarding as done.
Where to see the numbers
In the Carrier Network table
Open Visibility.
Open the Visibility Control Center (globe icon).
Go to the Carrier Network tab.
You will see Transports, Allocated, and Tracked. You can sort any of the three columns to find, for example, onboarded carriers with the lowest tracked share.
These columns are on the Carriers list. They are not added to the Invitations tab.
In the side panel
Click a carrier row to open the side panel. After Onboarding, a Tracking performance section shows the same three numbers.
If Transports is greater than 0, use Open in Analytics to inspect that carrier in a new tab.
If the carrier is still Invited (or not yet able to run transports), this section is hidden.
Open a carrier in Analytics
When Transports is greater than 0:
In the table, click the Transports number.
In the side panel, click Open in Analytics.
Analytics opens in a new tab, already focused on that carrier for the last 90 days. Use this when you need the full tracking-performance breakdown (stop visits, GPS quality, and so on). 0 is not clickable, because there is nothing to show.
Use Groups to follow up — and see if it made a difference
Groups are not only for regions, customers, or lanes. You can also use a group as a follow-up list: the carriers who look onboarded, but are not yet providing tracking on your work.
That list makes the next step concrete. You talk to those carriers about allocation or their visibility source. Later, you open the same group and read Allocated and Tracked again. If the numbers have gone up, the follow-up is working. If they are still near 0%, Onboarded still does not mean they are delivering visibility to you.
Example: Onboarded — low tracking
In Carrier Network, sort Tracked from lowest to highest. Look for carriers with status Onboarded, enough Transports, and a low Allocated / Tracked share.
Select those carriers.
Click Add to group. Create a group (or pick an existing one) named something like Onboarded — low tracking.
Follow up: ask them to allocate vehicles, or help them connect or repair a visibility source.
Come back to that group later. Sort by Tracked again. Carriers whose Allocated and Tracked have risen are now onboarded towards you. Carriers still near 0% still need work.
A carrier can stay in a region group (for example DACH) and in this follow-up group. Adding them does not create a duplicate, and it does not change their onboarding status. When someone is performing well, Remove from group so the list stays a true action list.
The Groups column is hidden by default. Turn it on in Settings if you want to see every group a carrier belongs to from the main table.

Frequently asked questions
Why can a carrier be Onboarded if Tracked is almost 0% for me?
Onboarded means the network has received tracking data from that carrier at least once — often for another customer, or from an earlier setup. Allocated and Tracked in Carrier Network are about your finished transports in the last 90 days.
Do these numbers include live transports?
No. Only transports that have already reached a final tracking state (Completed or Cancelled) in the last 90 days.
Why do I see a hyphen (–) instead of a number?
The relation is not yet in a state where transports can flow (for example Invited). There is no performance to measure yet.
I used to see Groups / Consent / Recipients / Language. Where did they go?
They are hidden by default so the table stays focused on onboarding and performance. Open Settings and tick them back on.
Can Groups automatically collect onboarded carriers with low Tracked?
No. You choose the carriers and add them yourself. That is what makes the group a follow-up list you can reopen after outreach.
Do I need a new permission to see these columns?
No. Anyone who can open Carrier Network can see them.
