Project-Level Annotation templates define the structure and types of information captured with each annotation in your project. These templates ensure consistency across annotations while allowing flexibility to suit your project's specific needs.
How to create a Project-Level Annotation Template?
Click on the Create template button to create a new template.
Copy fields from existing account-level templates or start from scratch.
Set a name for your template.
You can drag and drop or click on these field types to add them in the editing section below.
Select Attachment to add any type of files to your annotation.
Label the field type.
Click on Save for each field.
Select Date to record specific dates relevant to your annotation.
Select Dropdown to create a list of selectable options, with the ability to add colour coding for each option.
Click Add Value to add more options.
Click here to customise the colour.
Select Link to insert hyperlinks for quick access to related resources.
Select Text to add text fields for additional notes or descriptions.
Select Image to upload images or capture them directly from the Explore 3D scene.
You can use the reorder icon to arrange fields as needed.
You can update the Colour Source of your annotation here.
Note: Colour coding can only be derived from dropdown fields.
You can select the dropdown field for colour coding. Annotations will automatically update their colour based on the selected dropdown value.
Click on Create to complete the template creation.
