Underneath the appointment length setting in the Miscellaneous section, you will find your Platinum Clinic ID for reference.
Customize Professional Mapping
If you want appointments assigned to a specific provider to automatically be moved to a different provider schedule, you’ll want to enable this feature by clicking on the checkbox.
After enabling professional mapping, you’ll need to set the desired redirect paths for your provider schedules. FAQs
If I turn on Sync colors for ChiroTouch, will it change the ones in my EHR?
No, it only means that the colors assigned to the appointment types will show up in ChiroTouch. It can be helpful so you can easily spot which appointments were made through the SKED App or portal.
I’ve grouped a family together, but why is it not showing in the app?
If you’ve grouped them appropriately for your EHR, you’ll want to also make sure that the patients have grouping enabled in their app in the settings menu and do not have any filters on. If you’ve already looked into those steps, please contact the Support Team so they can further assist you.
Do I have to choose a default appointment type for every provider?
Yes, choosing the default appointment types does not mean they can be created for them. It only means that if the offices allow appointment creation under the provider, it will default to that.
