The App & Portal Usage page is your default landing page when you log in to SKED. It gives you a snapshot of activity within the SKED app, starting with a month-over-month graph that tracks three key metrics: new appointments created, rescheduled appointments, and canceled appointments.
Below the graph, you'll find a table broken into five columns of app activity:
New Users — Patients who have newly registered
New Appointments — Appointments created
Rescheduled — Appointments that were rescheduledCanceled — Any appointments that were canceled
Portal Appointments — Appointments coming in through your online portals, both new patient and existing patient
The table defaults to the last three days, but you can use the date filter to look back further.
