📝 Overview
The Single Client Page and Universal Search features are designed to help your team view client information more efficiently, communicate clearly, and save time across your daily workflows.
🌐 What Is the Single Client Page?
The Single Client Page replaces the old client profile pop-up with a modern, scrollable two-column view that allows you to see more information at a glance and click less.
Key goals:
Consolidate critical information (status, care plan, app registration, communication preferences)
Make hidden items visible (opt-ins, registration methods, forms)
Speed up actions (appointments, messages, and notes)
👀 At-a-Glance Highlights
When you open a client’s page in SKED Admin ➜ Clients, you’ll see:
Status: Active or Inactive
Description: Quick free-text notes for context (e.g., care plan details)
Care Plan: Frequency and end targets (e.g., “2x/week until April 2”)
App Registration: Displays login method (Email, Google, or Facebook) — helpful when troubleshooting login issues
Communication Preferences: Opt-in/out settings for email and SMS
Appointments: Color-coded calendar view showing arrived, missed, and upcoming appointments
Forms: Track sent and returned forms, archive them, view PDFs, and push forms to your EHR where supported
📌 CLA Synapse users will also see client scans in this section.
⚙️ App Registration Controls
From the App Settings Gear within the client page, you can:
Reset a client’s app account
Resend a password (only available if the client registered by email)
If a client registered using Google or Facebook, they must continue using that method for login.
🧵 Timeline & Messaging
The right column combines the Timeline and SMS thread — giving you a full view of client activity and messages in one place.
You can filter what appears, including:
Appointment activity (created, updated, missed, or arrived)
Contact updates (email or phone changes)
Forms (sent or submitted)
Office Notes (internal notes visible to your team)
Messages (full SMS thread)
💡 Tip: Use internal notes to keep your team aligned. Example:
“Client will pay remaining balance of $427 on 4/30; wants to use a different card.”
🔍 Universal Search
You’ll now see a Universal Search bar at the top of SKED Admin on every page.
You can search by:
Phone number (any format)
Email address
Client or lead name
Universal Search looks across Clients and Leads, allowing you to quickly open the correct record and return to your previous page when finished.
💡 Tip of the Day: Keep Reminders Fresh
SKED provides free weekly reminder templates found in One-Time Messages ➜ SKED Templates.
Using short, seasonal messages or light humor helps increase open rates and engagement — for example, “May the 4th be with you” for early May reminders.
