Client Information [Standalone]

Easily view, edit, and control your patients’ contact details, notification settings, and SKED app registration information.

📝 Overview

To view and manage your patients’ information, click Show More.

If there is a phone icon next to the patient’s name, this indicates that they are registered for the SKED app.

To see how they are registered, hover over the phone icon or view the App Registration section.

SKED will list whether the client is registered with Google, Facebook, Apple, or email.
If the app registration lists an email address, this indicates that the client is registered with email and will need to choose the Sign In with Email option on the login screen of the app and sign in using the listed email address.

If the client’s file shows that they are registered with Apple, Facebook, or Google, they will need to choose the corresponding option to sign into their account.

📱 Contact Information and Communication Options

SKED pulls each client’s phone number and email address from your EHR system, which means you will have the option to contact your practice members via text or email, regardless of whether they are using the SKED app.

Practice members have the option to manage their notification preferences either:

  • From a text they receive from your office, or

  • Through the SKED app.

You can also manage notifications for your patients directly through this platform.

⚙️ Managing Notification Preferences

As shown in this example, this client has chosen to receive both email and SMS notifications.

If the client does not wish to receive emails from your office, simply uncheck the box next to the email option.

Practice members can also choose to opt out of specific types of notifications, including:

  • Appointment Reminders: Messages sent through the Automated Messages tab.

  • Office Notifications: One-time messages regarding office events or updates, sent through the One-Time Messages tab.

  • Two-Way SMS: Allows your practice members to text back and forth with the office.

  • Review Requests: Enables clients to receive a review request if the Automated Review feature is turned on.

  • Go to Room Messages: Notifies the patient which room to go to when checking in with Virtual Check-In.

📍 For example, if you disable the Office Notifications category, the client will no longer receive one-time messages from your office.

📋 Campaigns Section

The Campaigns section lists any campaigns that the client is connected to.
You can click the pencil icon to remove or add additional campaigns.
