📝 Overview
The Clients page in SKED allows you to manage your entire patient database in one convenient place.
From adding new patients to filtering by specific criteria, this page gives your team full control over client records and scheduling defaults.
📁 Locating the Clients Page
The Clients page is where you can locate your patient files.
This tab is found in the blue side menu under the Quick Access category.
🔍 Searching for Patients
You have the ability to search by patient name by typing in a last name followed by a first name.
Alternatively, you can search by phone number or email address.
You can also filter your search by client status or search for clients connected to a specific campaign.
🔔 Notification Filter
The Notifications filter allows you to search for patients who have certain notifications enabled or disabled.
This is helpful if you want to find out which patients have SMS notifications disabled.
➕ Adding a New Client
To add a new client, click the Add Clients button and enter the client’s details.
The Default Appointment Type will be the default appointment used when scheduling through the admin and also when scheduling through the SKED app, unless you have appointment type selected in the Mobile App Settings.
In this example, the default appointment type for this client will be Dr. SK’s Adjustment Code.
Once you’ve finished, click the Save button.
✏️ Updating Client Information
To update a patient’s information, click the pencil icon next to their file.
Here, you can edit their contact details and status.
Be sure to click Save after making any changes.
📂 Accessing a Patient File
To access a patient’s file, simply click on their name.
