Important Note on Updating Appointment Types in ChiroTouch and SKED
Updating the name of an appointment type in ChiroTouch does not automatically update existing scheduled appointments with that name. As a result, existing appointments in SKED will not reflect the updated name.
When you change the appointment code name in ChiroTouch:
A new code will be created in SKED.
To update existing appointments with the new name, you must manually update each appointment in ChiroTouch using the new code.
Once updated in ChiroTouch, the changes will sync to SKED.
