Showing the Correct ChiroTouch Appointment In SKED

At this time, SKED can sync only one appointment type per appointment. This means that if you schedule one appointment with multiple codes in ChiroTouch, SKED will only read one of the two codes (SKED reads whichever code comes first alphabetically).

Example: A ‘Chiropractic Tx’ is scheduled with a ‘Re-Evaluation’ in ChiroTouch. SKED will read this as a ‘Chiropractic Tx’ appointment and send messages based on the ‘Chiropractic Tx’ appointment type. Practice members will be able to view and edit the appointment according to the settings set for this code. If you prefer that your practice member receives appointment reminders corresponding with the ‘Re-Evaluation’ code, you will want to change the appointment in ChiroTouch to just be scheduled as a ‘Re-Evaluation’.
