Introduction
The Knowledge tab is where you train Alina on your office's specific information so she can accurately answer patient questions during calls. The more information you add, the better Alina can assist your patients.
Adding a Knowledge Item
Click + Add in the top right corner. A menu will appear with two options:
Information
Use this type for general facts about your practice — things like doctor background, services offered, or insurance acceptance. A modal will appear with the following fields:
Title — a short name for the item.
Description — the content you want Alina to know. You can paste or type any text here.
Fill in both fields and click Save.
Question
Use this type for specific questions patients commonly ask, along with your office's answer. A modal will appear with the following fields:
Question — the question as a patient might ask it.
Answer — your office's response.
Fill in both fields and click Save.
Editing a Knowledge Item
Click the title of any item in the table to open it. Make your updates and click Save.
Deleting a Knowledge Item
Click the trash icon in the Actions column next to the item you want to remove.
Knowledge Table
The Knowledge tab displays all of your saved knowledge items in a table with the following columns:

Tips for Building Your Knowledge Base
We recommend adding as much relevant information about your practice as possible. Good starting points include doctor and staff bios, insurance policies, services offered, and answers to frequently asked questions.
A great time-saving approach is to use an AI tool to "scrape" content from your office website, then paste it directly into an Information item. This lets you quickly populate Alina's knowledge base without manually writing everything out. Simply paste your URL into the AI you use, ask it to scrape all pages, and have it give you all the information.
