Go to the Market page.
Find the skin you want and buy it.
Accept the trade offer in Steam when it arrives.

Are there fees?
No. Market fees are currently 0%.
How long does delivery take?
Instant items are sent right away. P2P items are sent by the seller, who has up to 12 hours to deliver. Nobody can cancel the order, speed it up or contact the seller.
Can I buy trade-locked items?
Yes. Use the Trade Locked filter to find them. Trade-locked items go to your Backpack, and you can withdraw them when the lock ends. See The Backpack.
