You can ask for a deposit to be refunded as long as the full deposited amount is still in your balance. We refund the full deposit; partial refunds are generally not possible.
What can be refunded?
Only money you deposited. Balance from other sources, such as skin sales, rewards or affiliate commission, cannot be refunded or withdrawn as cash. The payment provider's fee is not returned.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us through the chat button at the bottom right of the site or at support@skinswap.com and tell us which deposit you would like refunded.
How long does it take?
Card and Cash App: usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
PIX: instant.
Crypto: refunded by our admin team, usually within 24 hours.
SEPA: refunded by our admin team, within 24 to 36 hours.
Gift cards: open a dispute for your order on Kinguin. If the code has not been used, the dispute is accepted and Kinguin refunds you.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Should I file a chargeback instead?
