Reversing an accepted SkinSwap trade on Steam or filing a chargeback leads to a ban from SkinSwap, so please contact us first if something is wrong.
What happens if I reverse a trade?
If you reverse an accepted trade on Steam using trade protection, your account is banned from SkinSwap and you do not receive a refund. This includes CS2 sell trades: reversing one during the 7-day period cancels your payout and leads to a ban.
What happens if I file a chargeback or dispute?
Please don't. A dispute for items you received starts a formal process that does not help either side, and it results in a permanent ban. If you have a problem with a payment, contact us and we will look into it with you.
Can I appeal a ban?
Yes. Contact us through the chat button at the bottom right of the site or at support@skinswap.com and explain why the ban should be lifted. Appeals need a valid reason. We are not able to share the reason for a ban.
