If your deposit has not arrived, check its status on your profile first.
What does my deposit status mean?
Needs Approval: your deposit is being reviewed. Reply in the conversation that was created for it. See Why is my deposit under review?
Pending: we are waiting for your payment.
Processing: the payment provider has not yet confirmed your deposit.
If a payment was taken but the deposit fails, it is refunded automatically. How long this takes depends on your bank: usually a few hours, sometimes a few business days, and longer over the weekend.
Paid by card?
Cards without 3D Secure do not work. If your card payment fails, try another card or another method.
Paid with crypto?
Crypto deposits need about 7 network confirmations before they are credited.
If you sent less than the requested amount, the amount received is still credited.
Payments sent on the wrong network are not credited and cannot always be recovered. Contact support with your transaction details so we can check.
