Can the purchase be sped up or cancelled?
No. Nobody can cancel the purchase, speed it up or contact the seller. Please wait for the 12 hours to pass.
Where can I check my purchase?
Go to your Profile, open Transactions and check the Marketplace Purchases tab.
What if the seller does not deliver?
You receive a full refund to your balance, within 12 hours at most. The seller's listing is removed.
What should I check on my side?
Your Trade Link on your profile is correct.
Your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is active.
You accept the trade offer in Steam when it arrives.
If you decline the offer or do not accept it, your purchase is refunded in full.
