Market purchases are refunded in full to your balance if the seller does not deliver, if you do not accept the offer, or if the seller reverses the trade.

You decline or do not accept the offer | Full refund to your balance. Nothing is deducted. |
The seller does not deliver | Full refund to your balance, within 12 hours at most. |
The seller reverses the trade after you received the item | Refund of the full amount you paid. Almost always instant; in some cases up to 14 days. |
You reverse the trade after you received the item | No refund, and your SkinSwap account is banned. |
Market refunds go to your site balance, which cannot be withdrawn as cash. If you reverse a trade you received from SkinSwap, no refund is issued and your account is banned. See Trade reversals, chargebacks and bans.
