How Do I Add Tags to Orders?

For HUB users, you have the ability to add tabs to your orders. Common use-cases for filtering specific orders by location or project.

In order to set a tag for an image:

1. Open HUB

2. Go to Data Management and Select an Order

Click on the (...) icon for the order of interest and select "See Details".

3. Update the Order Tag

Select "See Details"

Click "Add Tags". Two sections will appear; "Add Label" & "Add Value"

In the Labels section, you can add the title/topic of your tag (E.g., if you want to separate orders based off location, you would put "country_aoi"). For the Value, input the name of the tag (E.g., if your Label is "country", then a name could be "Canada" or "United_Kingdom").

When finished, press the "Check" button.

Multiple values can be entered by clicking on pen icon. Each value will be grouped together on the invoice.

This process should be repeated for each order.

Note: HUB users who are assigned as Readers will not be able to add tags to orders. A HUB Reader will need to reach out to the HUB account SuperAdmin and request a role change to Creator or Admin.
