The Plan feature in SLP Toolkit makes it easy to keep a running list of lesson plans and activities, allowing you to quickly view past and upcoming session plans within an event! Check out this video or follow the steps below to get started.
Creating a Lesson Plan
1️⃣ Go to the Plan tab
2️⃣ Click 'Add a New Plan'
3️⃣ Select 'Create Plan from Scratch'
4️⃣ In the title field, list the names of the students in your group
5️⃣ In the Step field, enter the date of your group’s upcoming session
6️⃣ Record lesson plans/activities in the ‘Description’ section of your step
7️⃣ Add any images or PDFs you'd like to use during your session in the corresponding fields below each step
Attaching a Lesson Plan to a Session
Once you’ve created your lesson plan, you can easily attach it to your group’s upcoming session:
1️⃣ Head to the Daily Data page and locate your group’s next session
2️⃣ Click on the 'Plan' button at the top of the event
3️⃣ Click the plus sign (+) and select the plan you just created for your group
Viewing and Editing Your Plans
After attaching your plan, open your session event and go to the Plan section:
📌 Click on the plan name to easily view past and current plans and activities for that group
✏️ Click the pencil icon to edit existing session plans and activities
➕ Click 'Add Step' to add notes and activities for another session
