Did you just add new goals for a student and now they're not showing up in their session event?
Here's a few things you can try:
Refresh the student: Click the refresh icon next to the student’s name in the session event.
Check IEP dates: Make sure the goals are assigned to the student’s current IEP dates.
Also check for any future IEP dates that may be listed without data attached. Here's a quick video that shows you how to do this.
Important note:
New goals and objectives will only appear in future session events that have not been opened yet. If you started a session event before adding the new goals, refresh the student to load them. You can then simply click the “x” to remove the old goals.
“I edited a goal, but I don’t see the changes in the session event. What should I do?”
In the session event, click the “x” to remove all of the student’s goals, then hit the refresh icon next to the student's name. You should then see those changes reflected!
“My student achieved a goal— is there a way I can mark it as met?”
