How to Access the Daily Schedule Report

The Daily Schedule Report is a useful printout of your session events and plans for the day. This report can include student goals and objectives, making it an excellent resource for managing your sessions and taking data by hand.

Accessing the Daily Schedule Report

Follow these steps to access and print the Daily Schedule Report:

  1. Navigate to the Daily Data page

  2. Click on the Actions button at the top

  3. Select 'Print Daily Schedule'

  4. Include Student Goals & Objectives and Lesson Plans (Optional): In the popup window, you will have the option to check a box if you would like to include student goals and objectives on the printout. You can also select which lesson plans you would like to download and print.

  5. Print the Report: After making your selection, click the Print button. A PDF of the Daily Schedule Report will download to your computer.

*Note: ensure all your students' goals print on the Daily Schedule report, make sure you’ve opened all session events for the day. You can open all events at once by clicking the Actions button at the top of the Daily Data page and selecting Mark Full Day Present.

Tips for Using the Daily Schedule Report

  • Handwritten Data Collection: Some users prefer to use the printed Daily Schedule Report to take data by hand during their sessions. By having a printed copy of the schedule along with the student goals and objectives, you can easily track progress and make notes in real-time.

  • Preparation: Use the report to review your daily schedule and ensure you have all necessary materials and plans ready before your sessions begin.
