The Smart Harvest Onboarding Web App is compatible with the Apple iPhone and other iOS devices.

This article shares a few tips to make onboarding smooth with your iPhone or iOS device.

Use Safari for Onboarding

We strongly recommend using the Safari mobile Browser, the default iOS browser, for onboarding:

Other browsers may run into issues from time to time.

Safari Private Browsing Not Supported

Onboarding is not supported in Safari Private Browsing mode. Make sure Private Browsing is turned off before trying to onboard your HL100.

iCloud Private Relay Not Supported

The iCloud Private Relay feature will interfere with the onboarding of your HL100. Disable Private Relay before onboarding your HL100.

Enable Location Permissions for Safari

As part of onboarding, the Smart Harvest Onboarding Web App will need to use your device's location services to help you determine a location for your hotspot.

Before onboarding, enable location permissions for Safari by doing the following:

  • Settings App -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services -> Safari Websites

  • Change the "Allow location access" to "While Using the App"

  • Enable "Precise Location"
