Before you start
You must be fully integrated with Service Titan: see How do I set up an integration with Service Titan?
Customer must be on a SmartAC.com membership plan and integrated with ServiceTitan
See Comfort Credits in Service Titan
You can see Comfort Credits in the Bookings tab on ServiceTitan
You can also see Comfort Credits in the Customer Details section in your Customer Record
When a job is created outside of SmartAC.com, the Comfort Credit field will not populate automatically. In this case, you'll need to manually add the balance to the Job Record so it appears at the top.
To add the Comfort Credit balance:
Go to the Customer Record and note the homeowner's current Comfort Credit balance.
Open the Job Record and click the pencil (edit) icon in the top right.
Scroll down to the Comfort Credit field and enter the balance from the Customer Record.
Save the job.
The Comfort Credit balance will now appear at the top of the Job Record:
Note: The Comfort Credit field is a free-form text field. When a job or booking is created through SmartAC.com, it is populated automatically based on the homeowner's current loyalty credit balance. For jobs created directly in ServiceTitan, you'll need to cross-reference the Customer Record and enter the value manually.
Techs can see Comfort Credits in the Customer details in the ServiceTitan app
