To find a specific technician in the Dashboard:
Go to the Technicians tab (click the hat icon at the top of the Dashboard).
At the top of the page, below the “Technicians” header, open the All Technicians dropdown menu.
From here you can:
Search by typing the technician’s name.
Select the technician directly from the list.
After selecting a technician, you will get their profile.
Click on it to view all the details about the technician's performance.
