What this means for your team
Loyalty credit balances on a customer's ServiceTitan record may be up to 24 hours behind the balance shown in the SmartAC dashboard. The dashboard always reflects the most current balance.
Credit deductions from invoices are processed every 30 minutes of the invoice being available in ServiceTitan.
New bookings from SmartAC appear in ServiceTitan within 30 minutes.
