Adding Additional Line Items to Proposals

Think of these as ancillary items that you can add to your proposals during creation (E.g. Equipment Rental, Disposal Fee, or Trip Charge)

Adding Line Items to a Proposal

  • On step 2 during proposal creation select Add New Line Item or the Plus Button on your service plans.

If you select the Plus Button, it will nest the new item within the service plan.

If you select Add New Line Item at the bottom, it will add a new section called Additional Line Items

  • You will then be presented with a pop-up box asking for all necessary information for this one-time line item.

    • If you have already added multiple custom line items from your company settings, you will be presented with a dropdown when you click into the Pricing Option Name where you can select the item to be added.
