Overview
Overview mode allows proctors to monitor multiple students at once after they have been admitted to the virtual testing room. This mode is optimized for high-level visibility and efficient supervision across active sessions.

What You Can See in Overview Mode
In Overview mode, the virtual testing room can display up to 10 student sessions simultaneously. For each student, you can view:
Screen share and camera feeds - Note: the size of the student views will automatically adjust based on the number of students in the room (less students will have bigger views, more students will be smaller to fit the area)
Student names - displayed in the top left of each session tile
The blue progress bar in Overview mode shows how far a student has progressed relative to their alotted exam time.
Focus Mode and Action Menu
Alerts for flags, chats, and raised hands - you will need to go into Focus Mode to address any of these alerts
Green outline around students indicate sessions where sound is actively detected. To listen in on the sound that the session is producing, enter focus mode.
How to Adjust Your View
Camera feeds and screen recordings can be adjusted at any time. Using the three dots between feeds, click and drag to adjust sizing. You can also click on any feed to default it to the larger space on the right.
In any view, you can adjust session layouts.
Understanding the Progress Bar
The blue progress bar in Overview mode shows how far a student has progressed relative to their alotted exam time. This is especially useful when monitoring students with different exam lengths, helping you quickly identify who may be nearing the end of their session.
