During a remote proctoring session, you can refer back to the exam's details and any instructions.

How to Access Session Information

To view exam details during a remote proctoring session, click the Session Information icon in the SmarterProctoring Toolbar. This information is available from the start of onboarding until the session ends.

Navigating the Session Information Window

  1. Move the Window
    Click and hold the dots in the top bar of the window. While holding down the mouse button, drag the window to your preferred location on the screen, then release it.

  2. Hide/Show the Window
    Click the arrow icon to hide or show the Session Information window. This allows you to temporarily hide exam details without closing the window entirely.
    ​

  3. Close the Window
    Click the X in the top-right corner to close the window.
    ​

  4. Resize the Window
    Click and drag the corner handle in the bottom-right corner of the window to resize it. You can adjust the view to fit your screen or focus on specific information.
