Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble capturing a clear headshot or ID image, the following tips can help with image quality:

  • Use good lighting: Make sure your face or ID is well-lit. Natural light or a lamp placed in front of you works best. Avoid backlighting or sitting in a dark room.

  • Hold steady: Keep your head or ID still while capturing the image. Movement can cause blur.

  • Fill the frame: Place your face or ID in the center of the frame and fill the oval (for headshot) or square (for ID). Avoid holding the ID too far from the camera.

  • Clear view: Ensure nothing covers your face or ID. No hats, sunglasses, or fingers over important parts of the ID.
