How Do I Set Up RentEGI Integration?

To integrate SmartRent with RentEGI, follow these steps in SmartRent:

  1. Click Settings in the top bar menu

  2. Click Imports in the left sidebar menu

  3. Input your RentEGI Username and Password under RentEGI Integration (please reach out to your RentEGI Account Manager if you do not know these details)

  4. Check the Enabled check mark

  5. Click Save

  6. Click Home in the top bar menu

  7. Click on the desired Community

  8. Click Settings in the left sidebar menu

  9. Click Integrations

  10. Click the RentEGI icon

  11. Click the Provider Configuration tab towards the top of the page

  12. Input your RentEGI Username and Password

  13. Click Update Provider Settings

  14. Click the Property Settings tab towards the top of the page

  15. Choose the Property Code from the dropdown menu

  16. Click Save

Reach out to your RentEGI Account Manager to ensure they complete the integration on their end or ask your SmartRent Account Manager to complete this step on your behalf
