SmartRent has partnered with Engrain, an interactive mapping software company. Engrain is a well known solution that can benefit parking and Self-Guided Tour maps. It can even be placed in SmartRent for community site teams to view a map of prospect activity, open parking spots, etc.
Requesting an Engrain SiteMap:
If you want an Engrain Map to be active for your SmartRent Self-Guided Touring System, please start by reaching out to your SmartRent Account Manager
If you are not already an existing Engrain Partner your Account Manager will work with you to fill out a Client Referral Form and Partner Request Form for Engrain
You will need to provide PDF maps of each community for which you want an Engrain SiteMap activated
Our teams will conduct a site survey that includes a video of your parking structures for better map quality
