To set up your Engrain map for Self-Guided Tours you must first obtain an Engrain Map URL and Engrain Asset ID. Please refer to our How Do I Request an Engrain SiteMap for My Community? article.
Setting Up an Engrain Map:
When your community map has been created, you can set it up in SmartRent by following these steps:
Sign in SmartRent
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Community Maps
Fill out the two required inputs:
Engrain Map URL
This is sent directly from Engrain
Make sure you don't have any spaces before the https when entering the value
The URL is different for each community, so please be sure it is the correct URL
Engrain Asset ID
This is a unique identifier per map, per community that will need to be added when setting up Engrain maps
It is a requirement for the map to function correctly and to highlight the specific homes on the map
The community will only be allowed to either upload a static map or input the Engrain credentials — only a single map will be allowed for Self-Guided Tours
Click Save
