How Do I Set Up My Community For the Tours Integration With RealPage?

Before you can sync tour data with RealPage, you will first need to integrate RealPage with SmartRent. You can do this by following the steps provided in our How Do I Set Up RealPage Integration? article.

Configuring Tours for RealPage:

To configure tours within the RealPage integration, follow these steps in SmartRent:

  1. Click on the desired Community

  2. Click Setting in the left sidebar menu

  3. Click Integrations

  4. Click the RealPage icon

  5. Click the Property Settings tab towards the top of the page

  6. Ensure the correct Property Code is added

  7. Enable Send Prospects to Provider

  8. Select the Primary Lead Source, Secondary Lead Source, and Contact Type for when a Prospect is added

  9. Enable Send Prospects to Provider

  10. Select the Activity Type for when a Prospect views the Access Code

  11. Click Save
    ​

Note: All Sources, Contact Types, and Activity Types will be custom to each community and are pulled from RealPage.
