What Information Gets Synced from RealPage to SmartRent?

Once you have integrated RealPage with SmartRent, SmartRent will begin syncing information from RealPage. If you have yet to integrate with RealPage, check out our How Do I Set Up RealPage Integration? article for more information.

Prospect:

SmartRent automatically pushes prospect data in real-time. We look to insert or update the prospect information in OneSite at the time they complete the contact information page on selftournow.com, or when they are manually added into SmartRent. When a prospect schedules a tour, we will insert the appointment information.

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Contact Type*

  • Primary Source*

  • Secondary Source*

*Based on RealPage Integration Settings configured in SmartRent

Tours:

Tour data is synced when a prospect has scheduled a tour. If an existing prospect schedules another tour, but does not change any of the below fields, we will not insert or update the existing prospect in OneSite. If the prospect does change one of the following fields, we will update that prospect record in OneSite.

  • Appointment

    • This will get pushed as a follow up in OneSite when the prospect schedules a tour

  • Appointment Date/Time

  • Units Scheduled To Tour

    • This will get inserted when the prospect views the access code

  • Viewed Access Code

    • When a prospect has viewed the access code and is within three miles of the Community, we will insert the selected activity event

  • Activity Date/Time
