How Do I Set Up RealPage Integration?

RealPage/OneSite is a powerful Property Management Software that provides community control for leasing, maintenance, accounting, and other general functionality for site team users. This integration also allows site teams to easily directionally sync vehicle records and sync parking space assignments between RealPage and SmartRent.

For additional information, check out RealPage’s API Documentation.

Integrating RealPage with SmartRent:

Before beginning, you will need to subscribe to SmartRent Vendor from the RealPage Exchange in your RealPage software. Once subscribed, follow these steps in SmartRent:

  2. Click Imports in the left sidebar menu

  3. Input your PM ID under RealPage Integration

  4. Enable the auto import by checking the Enabled check mark

  5. Click Home in the top bar menu

  6. Click on the desired Community

  7. Click Settings in the left sidebar menu

  8. Click General

  9. Click Property Settings

  10. Enter your RealPage/OneSite Property Code associated with your community into the Property Code field

  11. Click Update

  12. Click Settings in the left sidebar menu

  13. Click Integrations

  14. Click RealPage

  15. Click Enable Integration
