After creating a community, you will want to add its business hours into SmartRent. Business hours affect when normal and medium priority work orders grant access to homes, when After Hours Access Notifications are sent, and even affect the set-points of your thermostats in vacant homes.
Setting Business Hours:
To set your community’s business hours in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click General
Click Business Hours Settings
Set your Monday - Friday hours, Saturday hours, and Sunday hours
Click Save
