Site team members can use SmartRent Manager to get access codes for vacant homes. This allows your team to clean, stage, and manage units easily without the need for additional keys or fobs. Before your team can utilize this feature, it must first be enabled in SmartRent Manager Web.
Enabling Vacant Access Codes:
To enable vacant access codes for your community in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click Staff
Click Vacant Staff Access Settings
Click Activate
