How Do I View My Vacant Access Code in SmartRent?

The Vacant Access Codes are codes to the vacant units on-site. These codes are unique to each site team individual for the purpose of renovations, showings, etc.

Codes are set at the community level, but if you work at multiple properties, you can view each of the Vacant Access Codes for each individual community. In order to view Vacant Access Codes, you will need vacant access permissions in SmartRent and a supported lock installed on the vacant home. This feature must also be enabled in SmartRent Manager Web. Check out our How Do I Enable Vacant Access Codes for My Community? article for additional information.

There are two ways to find the Vacant Access Codes for your communities.
