Amenities show in the prospect’s web app during their tour at the bottom of the page. You can add your community's specific amenities to highlight them for prospects during the tour.
Creating Amenities:
To create and customize your amenities for Self-Guided Tours, follow these steps in SmartRent:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings in the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Amenities
Click Create a New Amenity
Enter Amenity Name
Enter Amenity Description
Upload an Amenity Image
Optional* Upload a video (This must be a URL of a public YouTube video)
Click Save
