Adjusting the marketing settings will allow you to customize your prospect’s Self-Guided Tour experience. In the marketing settings, you can highlight your specific marketing theme.
Marketing Theme:
To customize your Self-Guided Tour experience in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings from the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Marketing
Make desired updates
Click Save
Explanation of feature in order:
Property Details allow you to edit the name, phone number, and banner color associated with your community
Note: HEX, RGB, and HSL color systems are supported
Property Image allows you to upload an image of your community
Property Logo allows you to display your community’s logo to brand the Self-Guided Tour experience for prospects
Custom Messages allow you to provide a welcome message to the prospect as they begin their tour as well as include a Welcome Video or End of Tour Video embedded from YouTube
Note: Only one video is allowed on the Welcome and End of Tour screens and they must be set to public or unlisted. Private YouTube videos are not supported.
Button Styling allows you to personalize your booking button by changing the background color, text color, font size, and border radius
Code Snippet and QR Code allows you to direct a prospect to sign up for a Self-Guided Tour when used in an email, website, or sign
