Custom Messages display to the prospect at the beginning and end of their tour session in the web app. The Custom Messages section can be used to welcome prospects in the form of a written message and/or a video. Simply create your desired Welcome Message and End of Tour Message and click Save. For a video, you can embed a YouTube video by pasting the link in the Welcome Video or End of Tour Video boxes.
Creating Custom Messages:
To create custom messages for Self-Guided Tours in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings from the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Marketing Theme
Add desired messages and videos
Click Save
