The prospect information setting allows you to customize which fields of information you want to be required vs optional for your prospects as they fill out their contact information. You are able to add or remove fields from the prospect contact information page when they are scheduling a tour. Certain information is always required for prospects such as phone number, first name, and last name.

To customize prospect information in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings from the left sidebar men
Click Tours
Click Prospect Information
Make desired updates
Click Save
Enabling the last two questions will allow the prospect to share if they are currently working with a realtor or if a realtor is submitting the form in lieu of the prospect.
