When enabled, ID check requires prospects to verify their identification by taking a real time photo of themselves and checking it against a valid driver’s license. Select which ID check settings you would like to implement for your community.
ID Check Settings:
To customize your ID check settings in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings from the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Prospect Information
Make desired changes
Click Save
ID check can be skipped/disabled For Every Tour, Whenever Tour Now Is Selected, Whenever Tour Now Is Selected During Business Hours, or Never. You can also enable passport checks as an alternative to prospect’s using their driver's license.
