Enabling the nearby properties feature will allow prospects to select a nearby property to tour without having to return to your marketing website. If enabled, we will only check the prospect's ID for the first tour scheduled.
Nearby Properties Settings:
To customize your nearby properties settings in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Settings from the left sidebar menu
Click Tours
Click Nearby Properties
Enable or disable Nearby Properties toggle
Click Save
